I teach my Self-Mastery principles mainly by engaging the audience in a mind-body practice, as well as incorporating mindfulness exercises and strategies, self-awareness, self-love, and self-mastery into workshops. I also give inspirational and motivational speeches on topics requested in these areas.

My Self-Mastery principles were used and conducted in a study for elementary school teachers. The purpose of the proposed study was to investigate the impact of mindfulness-based wellness training in the context of teacher professional development. The program in the study was titled, Teachers on the RISE, during which teachers spent 12 weeks engaging in a mind-body practice that focused on mindfulness exercises and strategies, and coaching for self-awareness, self-love and ultimately, self-mastery.
