36 WEEKS OF REDEFINING AND RECREATING AN EXTRAORDINARY LIFE!
At the start of each program, all participants will receive an assessment for baseline measurements. At the end of each 12 week term, there will be a reassessment to track progress
The 36 week includes:
- Weekly 90-minute online group Self-Love Coaching Session which will include:
- self love guidance
- identifying limiting beliefs
- Vision, goal setting and action planning
- learn and create a customized fitness and nutritional program based on personal fitness and nutritional goals
- exclusive library of exercise videos to ensure proper training practice
- grocery list, meal template and some delicious sample recipes
- Monthly 90-minute online group Performance Coaching session which will include:
- redefining our lives
- restoring integrity in all aspects life
- breakthrough coaching in identifying set backs
- Access to I AM ON THE RISE (level 1) Online classes as a RISING Leader*
- Access to Online RISE Tribe
- Inspiring group of like-minded individuals
*WHAT IS A RISING LEADER?
A Rising Leader is a student that has completed the first level of the I AM ON THE RISE Program and shows up in the community as a leader and a possibility for new members. As a Rising Leader, it is your responsibility to hold space in class and allow those in the first phase of the program to be vulnerable and supported. As a Rising Leader, it is important to pay it forward and offer inspiration through the sharing of your own personal experiences that brought about your own personal breakthroughs and realizations.
COURSE PREREQUISITE: I AM ON THE RISE PROGRAM LEVEL 1
